Note that we are not at the usual spot this year. We are instead at Sycamore Grove which is a little further around the road northeast of the lake. The parking at Sycamore Grove is a dead end lot. Buses may have difficulty and should park at the lot a little bit south (to the east of the lake).

This event does not count for scoring for this year's COOL League, but COOL memberships are available through registration. Existing COOL memberships from last season will expire prior to the first COOL League event.

COVID Mitigation

To protect the safety of our volunteers and participants, the following protocols will be in place at this event:

• Attendance by Pre-registration only. No day of event registration.

• Prepayment recommended. This will enable minimal-contact pick-up of materials.

• Assigned start blocks

• Maintain social distancing while waiting for your start

• "Catch your breath" zone after the finish prior to approaching the download station

• Bring your own water and snacks. No water will be placed on the course. 

• Online pre-event beginner clinic information. While you are welcome to ask questions at the event, we will not gather people together for beginner instruction.

• Please do not attend if you are sick. Refunds will be made if you prepay and cannot attend.

Liability Waiver - Everyone must have a waiver on file. The registration system gives you an opportunity to accept the waiver for yourself or your family members. Minors whose registration is not handled by a parent/guardian must print out the form and bring it with them with a parent/guardian signature.
