This event is planned to operate on National Forest land. Permit with U.S. Forest Service is in process. Thanks to the Mt. Pinos Ranger District for their assistance in permitting.

TrailO preO starts at McGill Campground from Noon to 2:00pm. Course time limit is TBD.

Sunday, June 28

Classic course starts from 9:00 to 11:00am at Nordic Center Parking lot

courses close at 2:00pm.

We have reserved a group campground at McGill for Friday and Saturday nights. There is room for up to 10 cars and 50 people. The campground will serve as the assembly area for Saturday. Sunday will be at the end of the road at the Nordic Base.

We are charging $15 per car per night (regular campground rate is $30/night). Campground overflow parking is $10/day. Individuals without a car will be $5/night to camp at the group site.

To protect the safety of our volunteers and participants, the following protocols will be in place at this event:

• Please pre-register. $10 additional fee per person for on-site registration dependent on map availability.

• Assigned start times to ensure that large crowds do not gather

• Maintain social distancing while waiting for your start

• Bring your own water and snacks. No water will be placed on the course. We will have water available at the start and finish.

• Please take advantage of our online pre-event beginner clinic information. If you need additional training or have questions, let us know when you arrive. On-site training will depend on volunteer availability.

• Please do not attend if you are sick.

Liability Waiver - Everyone must have a waiver on file. The registration system gives you an opportunity to accept the waiver for yourself or your family members. Minors whose registration is not handled by a parent/guardian must print out the form and bring it with them with a parent/guardian signature.
