Around 50 orienteers attended this year's Valentine Score-O at Kenneth Hahn Park. Rich Hoesly's course required some strategizing to come up with the most efficient route and to avoid too much climb.

Five orienteers managed to punch all the controls within the time limit while a few others discovered they had missed something on download. Fastest complete result was Mikhail Biryukov in 42:36, while Lorenzo Rossi just managed to squeak out a perfect score with an exact time of 1:00:00. Top female score was Annie Wang of Troy NJROTC while teams Chums of Chance and Team Rock both scored 710 to win in their categories.

This was also the final event for the COOL League and we saw a few close scores emerge. In the Female Intermediate category, Polina Biryukova managed to sneak past Natalie Tsui by just one point. In Male JV, Benjamin Pham's result bumped him into 3rd place with two points more than Humza Shahzad. In Male Varsity, Mikhail Biryukov extended his lead over Kaileo Truong to stay in first place while Tharun Manigandan pulled even with Ostty Wang, but ends in fourth position based on the tie breaking rules.
